Meet Giuliana, our beautiful September staff highlight of the month! Giuliana has a degree in Exercise Physiology and a passion for movement. She became interested in Pilates due to its mind-body approach to exercise and then pursuing a Comprehensive Certificate from BASI Pilates because for its well rounded approach, implementing both the artistry and the science to its approach while maintaining the essence of the works of Joseph Pilates.
