Sound Healing is one of the healing modalities offered by Love and Light Energy Healing. The innate power of sound and music are now being rediscovered both medically and scientifically. Quantum physicists are now proving what the ancient mystics have intuited for thousands of years. Our universe is created through patterns of frequency and everything that exists in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms does so on a vibratory basis. The vibrations that we resonate with consciously or unconsciously have a profound effect on cellular memory, both constructive and destructive (i.e., disease) and consequently on how we experience life. The So Sound® Solutions treatment table offers state of the art Acoustic Resonant Therapy to harness the healing abilities of sound and acupressure. Having the capacity to pass through matter, sound penetrates deep into the body to enhance the correct resonant frequencies of cells, tissues and organs to return them to healthy states.

Inner Sound Tuning Fork Therapy is one of the healing modalities offered by Love and Light Energy Healing. Blocked emotions can cause physical, emotional, mental and energetic symptoms or problems. Inner Sound is a system of sound therapy that utilizes the pure sounds of tuning forks, one fork of a pair at each ear, which is relaxing and helps the inividual to release blocked emotions that have become trapped in the body. The difference in frequency between the 2 forks of a pair is the proportion of 1 and 1/2 to 1. This ratio represents the interval of 2 musical notes known as the 5th. The waveform of the 2 frequencies of the 5th produces a movement of expansion and contraction, one of the basic movements of the body. Where there is tension in the body from stress or other causes, the body has forgotten or can no longer move in this undulating wave. The tuning forks help the body remember the basic oscillating movement of expansion and contraction, which produces a state of deep relaxation or the "self healing state."

Ann, you truly have a healing touch. Your treatment room is designed with such care and beauty that one can’t help but feel relaxed as soon as you enter the room. The special treatment table made me feel so supported and comfortable. The way you incorporate sound, (the music and crystal singing bowls), touch and meditation is powerful and the perfect recipe for deep, deep relaxation. Feeling the vibrations of the music coming through the table created a unique experience of truly becoming one with the music. Thank you for doing this important work, and I feel so lucky to be able to partake in this amazing form of healing. I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from it and I happily recommend it to everyone I know.

About Ann:
Ann had always been in tune with a deeper wisdom through her work with the subtle energy of spaces. As an interior designer, she sought to facilitate energetic harmony by creating environments that were warm and inviting with positive flows of energy. However, it wasn’t until her husband was faced with a life threatening illness that she embarked on a quest for truth that fully awakened her spiritual energy. Her previous studies in metaphysics became the foundation for an exploration of many healing modalities in pursuit of a solution to his illness. She is always grateful to help my clients restore body, mind and spirit to balance, health and harmony.

Ann, I will remember the energy healing you did with me last Tuesday for the rest of my life...or until I get Alzheimer's! To start with, your space is so beautiful and serene, and your treatment room is therapeutic all by itself. Starting the treatment on your comfortable table with the essential oils immediately relaxed me and started elevating my frequencies. Then what an amazing experience to FEEL the music vibrations coming from the table! Unbelievable! The music itself was so relaxing and calming. Then I went even deeper with the alchemical bowl's vibrations which were so ethereal and lovely.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is one of the healing modalities offered at Love and Light Energy Healing. The Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu is a Japanese form of Energy Healing that harmonizes the life energy in the body by the use of acupressure on 26 points (called Safety Energy Locks or SELs) along energy pathways in the body. When there is a blockage in the pathway, energy becomes stuck, creating an imbalance along the entire pathway. The Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner uses both hands (referred to as “jumper cables”) to hold a combination of SELs. As the SELs release, balance is restored and the client experiences physical, mental, emotional and spiritual harmony.

Healing sessions:
Private sessions with Ann can be done in person at her treatment location or at a distance by arranged appointment.
In-person sessions are usually 1½ hours and are conducted while you rest on a BioMat treatment table fully clothed. Distant Healing sessions are performed while you rest comfortably at home.
Each treatment begins with a brief discussion to identify any issues you may have as well as your expectations and goals. An energy assessment will be performed to determine which areas of your energy system are out of balance and the treatment modality that would best serve you for healing.
Energy Healing Therapy is a complimentary therapy used in conjunction with your current medical protocol. Energy Healing Therapy is not intended to replace essential allopathic medical care.

Sound healing is one of the treatments offered at Love and Light Energy Healing. Therapeutic sound techniques are delivered using Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, shakers, chimes and drums. Instruments are combined in specific ways to influence brain wave frequencies, enabling a person to enter an altered state of consciousness. In this state, the client’s stress is reduced and deep relaxation occurs, opening the door for healing. All of these instruments are united by certain underlying principles, the most important of which is the tendency toward harmony in nature. The singing bowls, specifically, with their distinctive resonant tones entrain the body so that harmony can be restored on a physiological as well as psycho-spiritual level.

Ann has a very calming presence that immediately makes one feel safe and knowing that all will be ok - She also takes the time to check in to see what your needs are - She has not only extensive knowledge of many healing modalities but she knows how to customize each treatment to what is best for your healing both physically and emotionally. Her space is also a very welcoming and calming environment - Her treatments are very powerful and almost instantly affective if you are open to receive. She has helped me over the years with different emotional and physical issues and is always accommodating to my schedule - I also refer her out to some of my clients- I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.

One of the treatments offered at Love and Light Energy Healing is Healing Touch. Healing touch is an energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Healing Touch is a biofield (magnetic field around the body) therapy that is an energy-based approach to health and healing. Healing Touch uses the gift of touch to influence the human energy system, specifically the energy field that surrounds the body, and the energy centers that control the flow from the energy field to the physical body. These non-invasive techniques employ the hands to clear, energize, and balance the human and environmental energy fields, thus affecting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. It is based on a heart-centered, caring relationship in which the practitioner and client come together energetically to facilitate the client's health and healing. The goal of Healing Touch is to restore balance and harmonies in the energy system, placing the client in a position to self heal.
