ONE Yoga Denver

ONE Yoga is Denver’s premier yoga studio and we have some news! We are merging into Buka Yoga AND opening a new space in the spring of 2026!

We are a warm-hearted, friendly place where you can belong and feel great… body, mind and spirit! We are currently located within the world class Lion’s Den Training facility (5058 S Syracuse St, Denver, CO 80237)

We are about 1 block East of I-25. Entrance is around the corner on the EAST side. The sign on the building reads Lion's Den. ONE Yoga is Denver’s premier yoga studio. With over 800 5-star reviews, we are a warm-hearted, friendly place where you can belong and feel great… body, mind and spirit! The yoga studio is led by long-time DTC yogis, Karey and Matt Goebel and a team of Colorado’s most beloved yoga teachers. Whether you are a brand-new beginner yoga student, an advanced yogi, or something in-between, ONE Yoga has the perfect class to help you get flexible, strong and centered. ONE Yoga provides more than 20 great yoga classes each week! Plus we offer Denver’s best Yoga Teacher Trainings. We offer heated power yoga and unheated traditional hatha yoga. So you can choose to sweat and groove. Or you can slow things down and quiet your mind, and even learn to meditate. We are thrilled to move our studio to the world class Lion’s Den Training facility.

Hey Yoga Friends! what are you up to this Sunday? Wanna come join at our Castle Rock location for this fun and engaging Mala workshop!? It’ll be creating your own 108 mala with beautifully selected stones, hand tied knots AND an amazing locket to store your intentions within. It’s one of my favorite malas to practice with and wear. Both functional and beautiful!

I’m excited be teaching at ONE on Sunday for Jenn. Come join me in studio or online for a lovely all levels hatha flow where we’re going to explore postures with some help from our friends…blocks, straps, bolsters. It’ll be a fun and a little challenge sprinkled in at 10:30am. Join me!

Have you met the teachers at Buka yoga?! We have some amazing teachers in Castle rock just like we do in the tech center! Come try them all…you never know what you might learn.

And if you’ve had issues with recordings this past week on walla, we think we got it sorted! It was a code upgrade walla did that has been reversed…fingers crossed! 🤞🏻

We are so excited to bring these 2 teacher communities together.

9-10am- join our sister studio in Castle Rock at Lululemon at the outlets in CR for a private shopping event! AND there is a surprise for you at check out...mention Buka Yoga.

10:30am- NEW TIME- Jenn is moving her class to 10:30 and bringing it in studio and livestream! Sign up to join her in person starting this Sunday

4pm- NEW TIME- Channing is moving Yin up to 4pm and making it a 60 min class vs 75!

And we have loads of classes in Castle Rock should you want to try something new too...both studios are on Walla!

It started today! Architect plans underway and a game plan for move in day. I don’t have an exact date, but fingers crossed we’re in by May 2026!

So much to be grateful for. Count down with us…come build your practice up at our current space at Lions Den, build community with us and let’s make our grand opening one to truly remember!

It’s official…our lease is signed and we’re getting ready for design! It’s truly an honor to be able to usher in the next chapter of ONE yoga in such a meaningful way…with a new home.

Our Story

Today’s ONE Yoga is a special yoga studio! We are warm and welcoming! We offer classes for EVERYBODY, whether you are a brand new beginner or a very experienced yogi looking for new challenges and great instructors. ONE Yoga is a one-of-a-kind, independent studio, locally-owned by long-time DTC yogis, Karey and Matt Goebel.

Karey is an E-500 RYT with Yoga Alliance. She has been part of the yoga scene in the Denver Tech Center for more than a decade. She has carefully cultivated a group of local teachers who are the very best, long-term teachers in the area, many of whom hold a 500 RYT training or greater. ONE also regularly hosts traveling international teachers and is proud to host Christina Sell, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sean Haleen and many more. Whether you are looking for Power, Restorative, Alignment, Gentle, Restorative or Hatha, ONE Yoga offers a class that will meet your needs.
