This lovely patient achieved stunning results through a combination of a lower deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift, submental liposuction, and platysmaplasty.

The lower deep plane facelift lifted and tightened her facial tissues, restoring youthful contours and reduced sagging skin. Coupled with the deep plane neck lift, it addressed the loose skin and muscle bands in the neck, creating a smoother, more defined jawline. The submental liposuction removed the excess fat beneath her chin, further enhancing the profile and providing a more sculpted look.
