A lighter, gut-friendly Thanksgiving side your whole family will love 🥗🍁
Save this recipe for your holiday menu!


INGREDIENTS:
• 4 cups shredded kale
• 4 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
• 1 apple, thin sliced
• 1 pear, thin sliced
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup pecans
• ½ cup feta (optional)

DRESSING:
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Salt + pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add kale + brussels to a bowl.
2. Whisk dressing ingredients.
3. Pour over greens + massage.
4. Add fruit, cranberries, pecans, and feta.
5. Toss + serve.

These Pecan Pie Bars are an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert — simple ingredients, rich flavor, and perfect for holiday gatherings. Save this for later! 🤎🥧



🧡 Ingredients

Crust
• 2 cups almond flour
• 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 1/3 cup powdered sweetener
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp sea salt

Pecan Filling
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sweetener
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 4 cups pecans, chopped
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp sea salt



📝 Instructions
1. Prepare the crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms.
Press evenly into the pan and bake 10–12 minutes.
2. Make the filling:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add sweetener and cream; bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until thickened (about 10 minutes).
Stir in pecans, vanilla, and salt.
3. Assemble:
Pour pecan mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
4. Bake:
Return to the oven for 20–25 minutes, until set.
5. Cool & serve:
Let bars cool completely before slicing.
For cleaner cuts, chill 1–2 hours.

RECIPE + DIRECTIONS (clean green bean casserole)

Ingredients

For the casserole:
• 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
• 2 tbsp butter or avocado oil
• 8 oz sliced mushrooms
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp thyme
• Xanthan gum or arrowroot to thicken (optional)

For the topping:
• 1 ½ cups almond flour
• 1 small onion, very finely diced
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Blanch the green beans
• Boil water, add green beans, cook 5 minutes.
• Drain and set aside.

2. Make the cream sauce
• Sauté mushrooms in butter/oil 5–7 minutes.
• Add garlic 1 minute.
• Stir in broth, cream, and seasonings.
• Simmer until slightly thickened (add xanthan or arrowroot if you want it thicker).

3. Combine
• Fold green beans into the mushroom sauce.

4. Make the topping
• Stir almond flour, diced onion, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.

5. Bake
• Spread casserole mixture in a baking dish.
• Add topping.
• Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, so here’s a clean, low-carb pumpkin pie that won’t leave you feeling sluggish after dinner 🤍🎃
Gut-friendly, simple ingredients, and so good.

Ingredients

Crust:
• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 3 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
• 1 tbsp sweetener
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• Pinch of salt

Filling:
• 15 oz pumpkin puree
• 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sweetener
• 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt



Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients and press into pie dish. Bake 8–10 min.
2. Whisk all filling ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into crust, lower oven to 325°F, and bake 40–50 min (center slightly jiggly).
4. Cool completely and chill 3+ hours before slicing.
