Merry Christmas from our Flex family to yours 💪🫶

Lifelong health isn’t built through restriction, punishment, or white-knuckling your way through workouts you hate. It’s built through habits you can repeat, movement you don’t dread, and a lifestyle that actually fits your real life.

If you can’t imagine doing it next year, or five years from now, it’s not the answer.

Strong bodies come from consistency.
Consistency comes from sustainability.
And sustainability comes from enjoying the process.

Health should add to your life, not take from it.

We’d love to help you change that.

Comfort feels good, but challenge creates results. Add weight. Push harder. Level up your intensity.

Yesterday we had Santa in the gym, lifting weights with our Flex community, and it was one of those moments that perfectly summed up what we’re about here.

Not perfection.
Not extremes.
Not quick fixes.

What we loved most was showing Santa how much our community has improved their overall health and fitness this year, not just how much weight they can lift, but how they move, how they show up consistently, how they’ve built strength that supports real life.

This is what lifelong fitness actually looks like.

People of all ages training together.
Strength that protects joints, bones, and confidence.
A community that makes health normal, not intimidating.

We don’t train to “get in shape for the holidays.”
We train so our bodies can carry us through every season of life.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, or restarting, this is your sign.

I’m inviting you to take my challenge and begin building lifelong health and fitness habits as we head into 2026, habits that are sustainable, realistic, and designed to support your life, not run it.

No crash diets.
No punishment workouts.
Just strength, consistency, and community.

Santa approved. 🎅💪

If you’re ready to train for your future self, come join us.

UNPOPULAR TRUTH.... Circuit training doesn’t work half as well as strength training.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Honestly, it’s just easier to program and make people feel like they “worked hard” because they’re sweaty and their quads burn from 200 air squats.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So here’s some truth on the matter for you…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⇨ Doing such high reps that you’re forced to use extremely light weights limits your ability to get stronger and place greater tension on the muscle. This is asking for stagnant results, because after a certain point, you adapt (quickly) and can’t really improve.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⇨ Taking super short rest periods and super setting ever exercise, without valid reasoning, to make you sweat and breathe hard, indicating “hard work”, really only limits your ability to progress and add load to the exercises. Sweat doesn’t equal success.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⇨ In a random circuit, there is zero structure to provide an actual periodized plan for progressive overload (which is really the only way to progress in the gym). In other words, it’s near impossible to track metrics, to later progress them, within a circuit plan and often the plan doesn’t have any long term structure for you to develop over time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⇨ Getting toned actually means losing body fat and building muscle, which will happen much better with a smart diet and strength training.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think bootcamps, circuit training apps, group fitness, etc… are all great for getting people moving and started with exercise. This is what I used to stay in shape during the pandemic (do the best with what you have)!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So don’t take this as throwing hate at them, even though I’m being blunt…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s just that once you’re past the beginner stage of just needing to get moving, you need to advance to strength training.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Period.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because it’s the path to achieving the toned look you are after.

You’re too busy to wing it.

If it matters, it goes in your calendar.

Make a plan.

Shift things around when you need to.

Ask your spouse to cover the kids so you can train, and give them the same support.
Or let your kids see you work out so they grow up thinking it’s normal to take care of your health.

Set the tone for your week. 💪

Shift from “I can’t” to “I will,” and watch everything else fall into place. The body follows the mind.
