According to the World Health Organization, the U.S. has a significantly higher rate of adult obesity compared to other G7 countries. Same wealth. Same access. Very different outcomes.

This isn’t about blame or body shaming.
It’s about systems, lifestyle, environment, and habits we’ve been taught to normalize.

We don’t have a willpower problem.
We have a lifestyle problem.

Ultra-processed food, constant stress, sedentary routines, sleep deprivation, and a healthcare model that treats symptoms instead of root causes.

Obesity is not inevitable.
But change requires awareness, responsibility, and better daily choices, supported by better systems.

Health is not extreme.
It’s intentional.
