Flex 8-Week Fall into Fundamentals Challenge
Starts Monday, September 29th
This challenge is designed to help you push past plateaus and build sustainable results by focusing on the fundamentals that matter most:
✅ Strength Progress – We’ll test and retest your 3 core upper body and 3 core lower body lifts.
✅ Body Composition – Track changes with InBody scans, photos, and measurements.
✅ Consistency – Earn points for workouts, cardio, and hitting your goals.
✅ Nutrition Support – You’ll receive individualized nutrition targets. Food tracking earns points, but the main focus is performance and progress.
