Dry needling is a therapeutic procedure where a very thin needle is inserted into tight or irritated muscles, often called “trigger points.” Unlike injections, there’s no medicine in the needle—it works by stimulating the muscle directly. This can cause a quick twitch response, as seen in these videos, helping the muscle relax, improve blood flow, and reduce pain or stiffness.
It’s commonly used in our treatment plan to treat muscle injuries, sports injuries, headaches, and chronic pain conditions.
