If you are striving to heal, lose weight, or gain more vitality - itโs highly important to give some attention to your lymphatic system.
The lymphatic system can get congested and clogged. This in turn can lead to accumulation of toxins and backed up energy, which can result in a weakened immune system, weight gain, and many other issues.
Herbs such as burdock root, cleavers, echinacea, red root, astragalus, and red clover are great for helping move stagnant and congested lymph energy.
Beet juice and pomegranate juice are also excellent for lymphatic support.
Fresh fruits, raw veggies and veggie juices, coconut water, lemon or lime water, dry brushing, rebounding, vibration plates, saunas, and lymphatic drainage massage are also excellent ways to improve lymphatic health.
One of our favorite "moves" is putting your b***y against the baseboard, your legs up the wall and your arms out to the side. Lie there for 5 minutes and let your body relax into the floor! Let those "juices" flow!
