Thankful for every mile and every person I ran and walked those miles with. Also entered the weighted vest era and many walks with the dog. I had a goal to run a half marathon each month but I missed August & December. That’s okay though. Being able to get out and run and move my body is such a blessing!

Um I said New Years Eve in the beginning but I don’t have a brain. It was New Years Day. First long run of the year with the hubs. We were both hurting. He’s had knee issues for a few years and my knee was hurting along with my quad and always the hamstrings. 😩 we did it!

#2025 was a year of a lot of struggle, depression, tears, pride, & loneliness that lead to restoration, true joy, lessons learned, & growth. I needed it all and I’m thankful the Lord was with me through every moment. #2026
