Spotlight: We call Ms. Ashlee our “Teen Whisperer” because she is amazing and our kiddos LOVE her. She has specialized training in working with toddlers-teens.

Ashlee has been a school-based therapist, IOP Facilitator, Crisis Counselor and has worked with all ages and populations.

Her schedule does fill up fast, but she is always excited to meet new clients!

Ashlee is trained and specialized in two rare but highly effective modalities Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Risk Reduction Family Therapy (for high risk teens). She also has advanced training in Trauma-Focuses CBT and is a CBT trainer. Yes, there are a lot of letters behind her name 🤣

We are so excited to have Ashlee Douglass, LCSW, LCAC joining FULL TIME! She currently has evening and weekend availability. Ashlee not only has TF-CBT training and extensive experience working with teens and substance use, she also is currently in consultation for her Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) certification and will be one of the few clinicians certified in the evidence-based modality, Risk Reduction Family Therapy.
