Carolina Health Centers Family of Care includes: Uptown Family Practice, The Children's Center, Piedmont Physicians for Women, Carolina Community Pharmacy, Lakelands Family Practice, McCormick Family Practice, Saluda Family Practice, Calhoun Falls Family Practice, Ware Shoals Family Practice, Ridge Spring Family Practice, HomeTown Pediatrics, Laurens County Community Care Center, and The Bethany Center. CHC is committed to removing barriers that might prevent people from receiving the healthcare services they need. The doctors and staff at CHC provide quality healthcare in a caring and compassionate manner and will help keep you and your family healthy by focusing on prevention and chronic disease management. Carolina Health Centers accepts most health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. And, for patients who qualify, including those without insurance, services are offered on an income-based sliding fee scale.
