🧠 Mindfulness – Take a moment to pause and notice what’s going on inside. What are you thinking? How are you feeling? Tuning in helps you better understand and manage your emotions.
🌬️ Breathing – Try slow, deep breaths from your belly. It helps calm your body and brings you back to center when things feel overwhelming.
🏃 Movement – A quick stretch, short walk, or any kind of movement can help you release stress and reset your energy.
👀 Engage Your Senses – Use your five senses to ground yourself in the moment. What can you see, hear, touch, smell, or taste right now?.
