Our yearly food drive, benefiting Interchurch Food Pantry, is still running through this coming Sunday. Please considering bringing in non-perishable me food, household, and/or hygiene items to meet the needs of those in Johnson County. Your donation gives you the option to enter a raffle for a free massage, or a free class pass to give away or to use at your next visit to the Studio. Thank you so much for the generosity you have already shown! While yoga is a personal journey, the philosophies are deeply rooted in community care and connection. This is yoga OFF the mat ❤️

While the benefits of yoga extend far beyond merely the physical, we will *always* celebrate any benefit or improvement! Anna is a new member at Studio You Yoga, taking her first class on July 12th of this year. A self-proclaimed skeptic, she was unsure if yoga was “right” for her. It might be safe to say that she is….obsessed? Good news from her doctor just adds to her motivation! Keep it up, Anna!
