Making magnesium cream again :D
Many thanks to the regulars and some newbies who keep coming back for more.... so heart warming.
Back in the day I had a few people coming to stalls and rating pain before and after... could often get a reduction of 4/10.
Prices are up from years ago, $40 for a medium which lasts people yonks. Larges are $80 but realistically, mediums are better for most people.
Magnesium chloride is the active ingredient and it is suitable for people suffering leg cramps, restless legs, pregnancy aches and pains etc. You simply apply it as you would a rich moisturiser, often to the legs or feet, then perhaps socks after.
Keeping it in the coolest room of the house should keep it at the proper texture.... but heatwaves might call for the fridge. If it melts, its still fine to use.
Ingredients are mostly organic and include shea butter, cacao butter, coconut oil, beeswax and apricot oil.
I have sometimes made creams special order for those who can't tolerate certain ingredients but this cream is gentle for infants and pregnant ladies.
