looks to the whole person for evaluation of disease processes and development of treatment plans. Osteopathic manipulative treatments can be incorporated in the care plan for nearly any medical condition. Crossroads Family Medicine is affordable and available primary care. Our transparent pricing model is a cash based, monthly membership fee without insurance interference on our primary care services. You don't have to carve out an hour to make movement count. 🙌 Try these sneaky ways to add more activity to your day - we like to call them movement snacks!
🪑 Do seated resistance band rows while you're on a Zoom call
⏱️ Knock out 10 squats while you wait for the microwave
🏢 Take one flight of stairs before you get on the elevator
🚗 Park at the far end of the lot

Staying regularly active keeps me confident that I have energy for my day and the rest of my life. Some days I don't feel like sticking to the schedule for my physical activity but I remind myself WHY I move - disease prevention, longevity, improved function- and it helps shift my feelings. 💚

We get a lot of questions about how Direct Primary Care actually works — so let's talk about it! 💬 Here are a few things people ask us most:

❓ Do you take insurance?
✅ We can see patients with any insurance (except Medicare currently). Since we use a membership model, we don't bill your insurance for our services — which means no copays, no surprise bills.

❓ What's the difference between DPC and concierge medicine?
✅ Both offer direct access to your doctor, but DPC is typically much more affordable and doesn't bill insurance at all. That means we can see patients in any insurance situation — including those without coverage.

❓ Should I cancel my insurance if I join?
✅ We recommend keeping a catastrophic plan for hospitalizations or major procedures. Many of our patients pair DPC with a high-deductible plan for lower premiums.

Regular physical activity reduces cortisol levels, improves mood, supports better sleep, and lowers your risk of anxiety and depression. It doesn't have to be intense. A walk counts. Stretching counts. Five minutes of movement between meetings counts.

The seal is broken on our monthly park walks!
This was actually my first time walking Craig Park!
* little secret, I decided to start these walks to get myself out to all the Greenwood parks for walks on a regular basis 😉

Here is today’s recap:
Movement can be about restoration and not just about fitness. 😌
Community can be felt just by being in a public space with others doing the same thing 🚶‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🎾
