“Before coming to Living Hope Chiropractic, I was in constant pain on the left side of my back. I was under chiropractic care through a different office, getting massages, working out regularly, stretching... all the things. No matter what I did, the pain was getting worse. In rare moments when I got relief, it was only temporary and would always come back. I’ve been an elite athlete for so much of my life so, I can handle pain and discomfort. I’m now a mom to 3 young kids and I couldn’t keep up with them easily and even struggled when they needed me to pick them up. I was always bracing for pain throughout the day. This became not only physical, but mentally painful for me as well.

Then I came to Living Hope and took a look at my InSight Scans. The scans showed everything I was describing and more. Once we got my care plan in place, and I started my care with Dr Jeff, after only 2-3 sessions I was very much seeing results. The amount of detail and time Dr. Jeff puts has put into my care has been so incredible. When I talk, he genuinely listens and cares. He caters his care to each specific patient and I’ve never experienced this level of care.

Now my pain is GONE. I no longer have pain radiating anywhere or limiting me from activities
or making me brace myself from the pain of picking up my kids. My mobility is SO much better. I am SO thankful I found Living Hope Chiropractic when I did!

Even too much good, like all of these tools and techniques, still overwhelms an already dysregulated nervous system that needs some repair. Dr. Hilary’s Story

So I had many health challenges growing up, from headaches since I was 10 years old to digestive issues, insomnia, and extremely painful monthly cramps just to name a few. From doctors to my family, they all said these were just genetic and that I would have to learn to live with them for the rest of my life. So guess what? I did just that, lived with them.

Now that was not the brightest idea on my part but I got lucky one day when my world was changed by a door slamming into my face. Now I cannot say with 100% certainty it was a door because I don’t actually remember what happened. I eventually came to and was very confused as to where I was and what was going on. A little later that day I went to the ER where I was told I had a major concussion and that there really isn’t anything that can be done. That was when my boss at the time told me about chiropractic and thank God he did because it changed my life.

When I went in for my first appointment I was just hoping for my concussion symptoms to go away but what I got was more than just relief. Most of my major health issues started to clear up as well as my concussion symptoms. I never realized that my brain had been foggy or that I was always extremely exhausted until I started seeing my chiropractor.

To this day, I owe chiropractic my life. Not just my physical health but I was finally able to find my path in this world to help those who suffer just like I did and help them find there way!
