Center for Pain Management welcomes new patients, has appointments available and accepts most insurance at our medical offices and surgery centers in Indianapolis, Greenwood & Lafayette, Indiana.

Our board-certified physicians provide interventional medical procedures for pain treatment including diagnostics & imaging; nerve blocks & injections; infusion therapy; spinal cord stimulators, neuromodulation & implants. Our team of physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, and psychologists provide multidisciplinary pain treatment and management including physical therapy, psychological services and medication management/ compliance monitoring.

Center for Pain Management treats patients who suffer from back, head, neck, joint or cancer-related pain. This includes spinal injury, herniated discs, arthritis, failed back surgery syndrome, chronic pain, migraines, and fibromyalgia. Physician referrals and patient self-referrals are accepted.
