Pulling this one back off the bookshelf (well… back into my audible listening).
I used to think movement was about discipline. Like… something you “should” do. A checkbox on the day.
But the more I learn, the more I realize…It’s not about discipline. It’s about design.
Your body was built to move. Your brain expects it
And when you don’t…You feel it Low energy Brain fog More anxious More stuck
This book does a great job explaining why.
For me, once I understand the why it’s a lot easier to follow through.
So if you’ve been feeling off lately don’t overcomplicate it
-> Go for a walk -> Stretch (just stretching is HUGE)
