CHC is committed to removing barriers that might prevent people from receiving the healthcare services they need. The doctors and staff at CHC provide quality healthcare in a caring and compassionate manner and will help keep you and your family healthy by focusing on prevention and chronic disease management. Carolina Health Centers accepts most health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. And, for patients who qualify, including those without insurance, services are offered on an income-based sliding fee scale.
