🩺 What You’ll Do:
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
Administer respiratory therapies and manage ventilator support 🌬️
Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans 📘
Partner with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to optimize outcomes
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Indiana
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 💬
A compassionate, patient-focused approach 💖
Experience in rehab or acute care preferred
