🥷 Life Systems Martial Arts will be providing a self defense based workout 10-11a.m.

🙇‍♀️ Studio You Yoga will be providing a sample yoga session 11 -11:30 a.m

🤓 Noah Peyor Muscle Activation Technique specialist will be on site

👨‍⚕️ Dr. Brandon Applegate will be providing services

🧋Health Spot will be on site to help with supplements

💪 AND VSF will have enrollment specials for brand new people!

🤩 ⛔️ SLOW YOUR SCROLL ⛔️ 🤩

It's not always about losing weight...

We are so pumped to celebrate Maggie!

What many people don't realize, is that it's very tough to help someone who is already lean to get leaner.... BUT that wasn't Maggie's goal. 🙌

She wanted to get stronger - have more endurance - and to just look and feel better. That's it..... (easier said than done)

What the scale said wasn't as much of a concern...

That's exactly what she accomplished!! 💪

✅She GAINED 8lbs + of muscle
✅LOST body fat,
✅✅✅AND got stronger, happier, and healthier....

🫡 All while being a full time working mom.
