Lindsey B. McGaha-Murray joined McCravy, Newlon, Sturkie, and Clardy Law Firm P.A. in March of 2025, bringing a dedicated focus to Social Security Disability Law.
Before joining the firm, Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University and her Juris Doctor (JD) in 2012 from Charlotte School of Law. She was admitted to the North Carolina bar in July of 2012, establishing a foundation in the legal field. Her professional background includes experience in both Social Security Disability Law and Family Law, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the legal challenges individuals face.
Beyond her legal practice, Lindsey's passions deeply involve her beloved pups, Tegan and Barrett, and spending quality time with family. Her commitment to animal welfare is significant, fueled by her experience with Tegan, a rescued "pound puppy." This connection drives her to actively raise awareness of animal shelters' needs. Lindsey is also driven by a desire to help others in any capacity possible.
In her leisure time, Lindsey enjoys the creative outlet of amateur photography and a love for the ocean scene and marine life.
A guiding principle in Lindsey's life is her favorite Bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and hope." This verse resonates with her belief in patience and trust in a greater plan, even during difficult times.
