Big shoutout to Jaclyn 👏 She’s been putting in the work for a long time to build up to open water swims, and eventually a full iron man. Last week she CRUSHED the swim leg of Ironman Louisville as part of a relay team 🏊‍♀️🔥

What makes it even more impressive? Just a few weeks before, she pulled a muscle in her chest and wasn’t sure if she’d even make it to the start line but she showed up and got it done.

Can’t wait to see her take the next thing on 💪
