This past weekend, I had the honor of attending a beautiful event celebrating International Women’s Day, surrounded by women from many different walks of life.
We spent the evening reflecting on the journey of a woman, the many hats we wear, the responsibilities we carry, and the purpose that often guides us through each stage of life. From leadership and wellness to family, faith, and service, it was a powerful reminder that while we give so much of ourselves to others, our own well-being matters too.
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was hearing stories from women of different ages and experiences, encouraging one another to keep moving forward, to care for ourselves, and to live with intention and purpose wherever life has placed us.
Thank you to the wonderful hosts for the invitation and for creating such a thoughtful space for conversation, encouragement, and connection. It was truly a special evening.🙏🏽
Here’s to continuing to lead, serve, and grow gracefully and purposefully, in every season of life. 🌷

This International Women’s Day, I find myself reflecting on the women who shaped my life, especially my mother.
As the daughter of immigrant parents, I grew up watching perseverance, sacrifice, and faith lived out daily. My mother’s strength and example planted the seeds of who I would one day become.
Her journey helped shape mine. It taught me that purpose often grows from humble beginnings and that serving others is one of life’s greatest callings.
Today, I’m grateful to live that purpose, caring for patients and serving this community at The Well MD.
To every woman working toward her dreams, caring for her family, and lifting others along the way, your strength matters more than you know.
