In todays Mobility Monday, we have a hip mobility stretch. This stretch opens up the hips and stretches the glutes and hamstrings. When we sit for long periods of time, our hip flexors and glutes tighten. This stretch is perform to reduce tightness. Please leave a comment or question below!

In todays Mobility Monday, we talk about the Child’s Pose stretch. We show you three variations of this stretch. This stretch helps to relieve tension in our low back by lengthening our spine. Mobility Monday!
Today we’ll talk about the Cobra stretch. The Cobra stretches muscles in our back, chest, and hip flexors. This stretch helps improve our posture, alignment, and improve back pain. In today’s Mobility Monday, we will demonstrate a few Lower Body stretches to combat tight muscles due to sitting or driving for extended periods of time. These three stretches target the hamstrings, the quads and hip flexors, and the hip. These stretches are performed while sitting in a chair. In today’s Movements of Life, we bring you a simple exercise that is very important to implement in your daily routine! The active straight leg lift focuses on the strength to lift our leg. Remember to first squeeze your quad before lifting your leg and drive your back into the floor to engage the core. This exercise engages our hip flexors and our quads. To advance this exercise, we add a crunch with our opposing arm. Try this out and comment below if you have any questions or concerns!
