Beginning February 2013 - COOKING CLASSES! Our Registered Dietitians work with indivduals and families to help develop positive lifestyle changes that will improve overall health and well-being. All sessions are tailored to meet the clients's specific needs, we provide the information and tools necessary to help you achieve your goals. One of Our Specialties

In our experience with individual counseling, there are some personal goals that we address with clients often and weight loss is at the top of that list. To creatively meet this need we have developed an innovative weight loss program. Our Journey program is driven by an ongoing partnership with a Registered Dietitian that serves to analyze, interpret and counsel based on scientific data collection by the BodyMedia FIT Armband ©. To echo their slogan – know your body, know your life – we utilize the data collected by the armband in the establishment of personally tailored goals in the areas of physical activity and nutrition.
