This 3-hour mini-retreat for couples is designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
As both a couples therapist and yoga teacher*, Erin will guide you through a unique blend of:
• simple communication exercises
• connection practices
• mindfulness
• a small amount of gentle yoga
No yoga experience needed.
The yoga will be light, accessible, and just one part of the experience.
Leave with practical tools, fresh insight, and meaningful time together.
Spots will be limited to keep the group small and intentional.
