In order to keep cost down for the uninsured, patients with high-deductibles and co-pays, we opted NOT to accept third party payers such as private insurances, Medicare or Medicaid. By eliminating the massive billing process involving third party payers, we can pass on the savings to our patients. We offer transparent, up-front pricing to our patients. Meet our newest team member Dr. Nall!
We are thrilled to have her as part of our team at Galen Healthcare & Aesthetics!

Dr. Nall is a dedicated physician with a deep commitment to patient centered care. After earning her Doctorate of Medicine degree from UCLA School of Medicine, she went on to complete her internship in Pasadena, CA, followed by a Family Medicine residency in Greenwood, SC.

A Board Certified Family Physician, she has been practicing medicine in the Upstate for more than 20 years and brings her wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence in patient care to Galen Healthcare.

With a heart for service, Dr. Nall has actively participated in medical missions across Mexico, Jamaica, and Guatemala, bringing healthcare to underserved communities.

Outside of work, Dr. Nall cherishes spending time with her husband, their six children, and their ever growing menagerie of pets. She also loves expressing her creativity through various art media including fiber arts, painting, and sculpting.

She believes that better health is not just a destination; itโ€™s a journey. She is passionate about helping her patients lead healthier lives by building strong, personal relationships and tailoring care to each individualโ€™s needs. Through this partnership, she empowers patients to take control of their well being and reach their health goals.

With a passion for comprehensive, personalized care, Dr. Nall is dedicated to guiding her patients on their journey to better health, one step at a time.
