💫💫Animal communication works through a transfer of energy and awareness.

All living beings—humans and animals—emit and respond to energy. Animals naturally communicate through this energetic field every day. They read intention, emotion, body language, and vibration far more clearly than words. As humans, we often learn to tune this out. Animal communication is the practice of tuning back in.

When I connect with an animal, I begin by quieting my own nervous system and setting a focused, heart-centered intention. This creates a calm, receptive state where my energy becomes steady and non-invasive. From there, I gently align my awareness with the animal’s energy—much like tuning into a frequency.

This exchange happens with the animal’s permission and at their pace. Animals are always in the present moment, and communication reflects what is relevant for their well-being, comfort, and environment.

Because this process is grounded in focus, empathy, and regulation, it often supports emotional calming—for both the animal and the human. Many animals respond by relaxing, softening, or showing changes in behavior after a session.

At its core, animal communication is not about control or performance. It is about listening, respect, and creating a space where the animal is heard without force. 🦄🥰
