There are moments in life that are scary and stressful, and the people around you make all the difference.

I want to give a huge thank you to the incredible team at Willamette Falls Medical Center. What could have been a very overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of the compassion and care I received.

The imaging and diagnostic team went above and beyond to help calm my nerves. Their kindness, empathy, and the way they treated me as a person—not just a patient—meant more than I can put into words.

Healthcare workers carry so much responsibility, and the way this team showed up with patience and genuine care truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the experience and for the people who made a stressful moment feel a little less scary.

12-year-old patient presented with complaints of recurring headaches and back pain. Postural assessment revealed a significant elevation of the right shoulder with decreased space between the right ear and shoulder, indicating notable muscular tension and imbalance in the upper trapezius and surrounding musculature. I performed myofascial release and trigger point therapy to the upper trapezius, levator scapulae, shoulders, and thoracic spine to reduce tension & improve alignment. Results showed the elevated right shoulder improved following treatment, with visibly increased space between the right ear and shoulder as see in the bottom picture.
