As part of my updated Policies & Procedures page, I want to gently remind everyone that I ask for 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If something comes up with less notice, the session will need to be charged in full — this helps me keep things fair and makes room for someone on my waitlist who may need care.
