🍎 Health is a process that consists of many determinants, but nine of those are widely used and can vary depending on who you might be talking to.
💪 Wellbeing depends not only on what you eat, how much you move, and what your genetics are. There are many more aspects we need to account for when we are striving to improve our health.
😴 Sleep quality, work-life balance, relationships, environmental exposures, food intolerances, access to quality health care, and spiritual/mental/emotional states can ALL determine your state of HEALTH!
🧬 Genetics - contrary to popular beliefs, only play a small part it what your health might look like (unless you are born with genetic abnormality)!
Take control of your health today and work on changing what can be changed to prevent negative outcomes in the future as it is very difficult to regain health once it is lost!
✅️ Good habits (regular fasting, clean diet, sleep hygiene, physical activity, minimization of chemical exposures, stress management), spiritual practices, cultivation of healthy relationships, regular bloodwork, and preventive treatments (nutrient supplementation, ozone, herbal therapy) can really enhance your health and improve longevity!
