I’ve had keratosis pilaris my entire life, and honestly, I just accepted it as part of my skin.

Recently, however, I learned that derma rolling can actually help with KP by gently encouraging cell turnover and allowing treatment products to pe*****te deeper. So I’m giving it a try! One of the best ways of knowing if a treatment works is to practice on ourselves!

Using the Body Derma Roller and slathering on nourishing serums, I’ll document the journey here. It’s going to take several weeks before results show, but I’m curious to see how my skin responds to this gentle, holistic approach.
