About the session

About the presenters
Nathan Nordstrom has been working in the industry of massage therapy for over 20 years and is an advocate for high standards in the profession. He has been a teacher, administrator and leader in massage therapy and hopes to bring together the industry for the art and science that massage therapy is. He is currently the International Senior Director of Massage Therapy Training and Industry Relations (ISDOMTTAIR) for Hand & Stone Franchise Corporation.

Rebecca Po***ck, LMT, has been a practicing massage therapist for over 25 years. She has worked in chiropractic offices, day spas, five-star hotel spas, fitness facilities, wellness clinics and her own private practice. She combines elements of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western principles to create therapeutic experiences for her clients. Furthering her interest in the Holistic health field, Rebecca completed the Foundations in Herbalism, Asian Bodywork and Structural Therapy programs at the Chicago College of Healing Arts (CCHA).

The International Massage Association is hosting the 1st IMA Educational Conference on Friday 3pm at the event hall where the World Championship in Massage takes place. Among the speakers is Nathan Nordstrom from USA. The topic will be the Massage Educational Level in the USA vs the World. CE providers:
So many of us are sole providers of Continuing Education. Maybe it is a side gig or your main source of income, however we are doing it on our own. That includes many things we are not skilled to do. Maybe that is marketing, advertising, paperwork, scheduling travel, partnership, branding, web development, setting goals, or even over all mission statement.
