I hope the change to “moderate” level of air particulate will allow most of your a little time outside today and tomorrow. At this moment I am even noticing a ray of sunshine on my patio. The office air quality should be back to healthy and we plan to reopen on Tuesday.

Acupressure is at your finger tips. These points are very calming. Apply pressure to each of them for 30 seconds, or as long as you'd like. The more the better. And remember to clam the breath and mind, focus on the task at hand, for even greater calming affect.

~ The Golden Message - The practice of meditation is as simple as 1 breath.
~ Life's Work - Build a practice; not easy, as we struggle to slow enough, often enough, to commit to multiple breaths or 1 breath many times in a day.
~ A Place to Start - Remember that it is as simple as 1 breath. Let that be our simple reminder throughout our day and the practice of meditation can grow. Maybe your watch has an app you can use. Maybe it is each time you perform a task that is realtively frequent in your day such as answer a phone, wait at a stop light, use the restroom, answer a text.

Have you found helpful tools to help you in falling asleep? Maybe getting you back to sleep if you wake during the night? If so, I would love for you to reply back with what works for you - it may help someone else discover a helpful tool. Here is a brief yoga routine I have found helpful - not just for sleep, also for calm during a stressful day. This lady is very very popular on YouTube and I hear "I do yoga with Adriene" from patients, friends and she is often featured on other professional pages and newsletters.
