Spectral Massage Therapy Practicing for over 16 years as a Massage Therapist, I like to take a holistic approach to healing.

Experienced Massage Therapist offering Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. Through a number of different modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Postpartum massage, and Cranial Sacral Therapy many of my clients are able to benefit. I offer recommendations for exercises and nutrition tips as well, giving you the power to aid in your own healing outside of my office. Whether you're looking to relax, help with recovery from an injury, or relief from everyday aches and pains, I am happy to help!
