Hi, I’m Alta — Founder of Hive Recovery Collective and an LMT with 20 years of experience. I started Hive because I wanted to build a space where clients feel genuinely cared for and therapists are deeply supported.

My massage style is adaptive, intuitive, and intentional. I specialize in working with people who are managing chronic pain, healing from injuries, or recovering after car accidents. My goal in every session is to help you feel both relief and results—whether that means reducing pain, improving function, or just being able to breathe easier in your body again.

I blend deep tissue work with techniques like neuromuscular cupping therapy, Gua Sha, TMJ-focused massage, and prenatal support. I’ve also completed advanced training in whiplash treatment, which informs the way I approach complex pain patterns and post-trauma recovery.

Clients often tell me they leave feeling relaxed and satisfied—like we didn’t just scratch the surface, but actually got to the root of the issue. That’s what I aim for: work that is effective and grounded.

Samantha has been part of Hive for over a year, and she’s known for her deep pressure, precision, and calm presence in the treatment room. With a background that started in a physical therapy office and recently got a new certification TMJD work. She is an expert myofascial release, and sports massage — she’s a go-to for injury recovery, whether it’s from sports or a car accident.

Clients love her firm, focused style and her ability to get right to the root of what hurts.
