Timing your brushing routine is more important than you may realize. Acidic foods and drinks temporarily soften tooth enamel. But rinsing with water and allowing your saliva to neutralize acids can strengthen enamel and help protect your teeth. Ready for your next visit? Call +1 504-392-4734.

Your gums can tell when you’ve been “too busy” to floss. Flossing removes plaque from places your toothbrush can’t reach, helping reduce the risk of cavities and gum disease. Just one minute of flossing daily can help remove plaque in hard-to-reach spots and support long-term oral health. Consistency in flossing makes a difference. Call us +1 504-392-4734 to schedule a checkup and keep your smile healthy.
