Hey you! ๐Ÿค— Take a pause break!
Here are 3 ways to practice self care right now! โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’•โœจ

1. Breathe: Pause, close your eyes and take a deep breath into your belly, and let the exhale sigh out of your mouth. Do this until you feel all the tension in your body ease. Open your eyes and smile.

2. Pause: Take a break and step outside. Feel the sun on your face, feel the air on your hands. Stretch your arms out and up to the sky. Connect the hands and do a few side bends as you take deep breaths in through your nose. Release the hands and smile!

3. Indulge: Rub your favorite essential oil between your palms and cup them over your mouth and nose. Take deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling. Release your hands, and smile!
