• Nontoxic home spray instead of synthetic fragrance
• Red light therapy before coffee
• Vibration plate while the kids eat breakfast
• Hair growth serum that actually feeds the scalp
• Cotton & linen over polyester
• Glass over plastic

No one told us how inflamed, tired, and overstimulated we’d feel in our 30s.

So we upgraded everything.

Not extreme.
Just intentional.

https://urlgeni.us/amzn/drqB0o click for hacks or COMMENT HEALTHY The “unsexy” habits that changed my body:

• Red light therapy for inflammation + recovery
• seeding to support my nervous system
• Switching to non-toxic laundry detergent
• Wearing a wool sauna hat to protect my hair + regulate heat
• Replacing synthetic fragrance candles with clean air purification

None of these are flashy.

But after my breast implant removal, I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on hormone balance, detox support, and long-term wellness.

Small swaps add up.

If you’ve been dealing with:
– fatigue
– hormone shifts
– inflammation
– feeling “off” in your 30s

This is where I started.

I dress for my health.

Polyester is plastic.
And I’m done wearing it.

Swapping over to breathable cotton & linen has been one of the simplest low-tox changes I’ve made especially as my hormones balance and inflammation matters more than ever.

Natural fibers.
Better airflow.
No synthetic cling.

These are all affordable finds from Amazon that feel elevated, effortless, and clean.

🔗 ⬇️in the comments or COMMENT LIGHT for emergency supplies. Power outage prep without a generator 💡❄️

These rechargeable emergency light bulbs look completely normal but they store power while you use them every day. So when the power goes out during winter storms or unexpected outages… your lights stay on.

And it gets better.

You can unscrew it and turn it into a portable emergency flashlight to carry room to room. No cords. No scrambling in the dark. No digging for batteries.

This is the kind of smart, practical Amazon gadget that actually makes sense for real life — especially if you have kids and don’t want chaos during outages.

Prepared, not panicked.

Almost 40 and I’ve never been more intentional with what touches my body or enters my home.

This isn’t about being extreme.
It’s about being aligned.

The swaps I’ve made lately:

☕ Glass coffee maker instead of plastic
🪒 Stainless steel razor (no synthetic moisture strips)
👗 Cotton & linen only - no more polyester sitting on my skin
🧴 Cleaner ingredients in my bathroom
🏡 Less synthetic, more simple everywhere

When you start learning how hormones work…
how inflammation builds…
how much we absorb through skin…

You realize the “small” swaps aren’t small at all.

I don’t dress for trends anymore.
I dress for my health.

Low-tox isn’t about perfection.
It’s awareness.

If you want links to what I use, comment LOVE and I’ll drop them 🤍

🔗 ⬇️in the comments or comment PATIO I’m not gatekeeping this one.

Everyone thinks this set is custom.
Like $7–8k designer patio custom.

It’s Amazon.
And it’s under $1,200.

Woven texture. Neutral cushions. That organic modern, Studio McGee-inspired look without the showroom markup. It completely transforms a backyard into a magazine moment.

If you’ve been wanting:
• A cozy poolside setup
• A neutral outdoor conversation set
• Wicker patio furniture that looks high-end
• Affordable outdoor furniture that doesn’t look cheap

This is the one.

🔗 ⬇️ non-toxic cleaner in the comments or COMMENT CLEAN 🧽 for this unbelievable self cleaning tool. I didn’t think I needed another carpet cleaner… until I saw how this one is designed.

This one actually makes sense.

✔ It self-cleans — dock it to the base and rinse it out with a hose.
✔ Pet hair attachment that actually lifts fur.
✔ Crevice tool for dog beds, stairs, car seats.
✔ A built-in basket that catches hair and debris so it doesn’t clog the machine.

If you have pets, kids, light-colored rugs, or a couch you’re trying to protect… this is one of those “why didn’t they do this sooner?” products.

Watching the dirty water come out of a “clean” rug was humbling 😅

https://urlgeni.us/amzn/ImJKie click the list or comment MILLENIAL for all the items to be sent. MILLENNIAL BURNOUT ERA.

We were raised on hustle culture, synthetic everything, and “just push through it.”

Now we’re:
Exhausted.
Inflamed.
Shedding hair.
Grinding our teeth.

And somehow calling it normal.

I’m not participating anymore.

This is my reset:

🔴 Red light for circulation + hair support
🪥 Remineralizing toothpaste instead of chemical foam
🧴 Hair growth hacks that focus on cortisol, not panic
🧽 Non-toxic floor cleaner (because we live on those floors)
🚿 Plastic-free shower liner no more off-gassing in a hot steam box

Stress isn’t free.
Toxins aren’t neutral.
Burnout isn’t a personality trait.

Almost 40 and rebuilding my nervous system, hair, hormones, and home one swap at a time.

Comment MILLENIAL if you want the links.

https://urlgeni.us/amazon/Cottonlinen click for the whole list or comment COTTON FOR LIST SENT Almost 40 and I’ve never felt more aligned physically or mentally. And one of the biggest changes?

I stopped wearing plastic.

Polyester is synthetic.
It doesn’t breathe.
It traps heat.
It holds odor.
And it keeps your skin in constant contact with petroleum-based fibers.

If we’re swapping plastic in our kitchens…
why are we still wrapping our bodies in it all day?

I’ve been slowly cutting polyester and replacing it with:

• 100% cotton basics
• Breathable linen dresses
• Cotton lounge sets
• Natural fibers

Better airflow.
Less sweat.
Less irritation.
No synthetic cling.

And honestly? I feel calmer in natural fabrics.

This isn’t about being extreme.
It’s about being intentional.

If it’s touching my skin for 10+ hours a day… I want it breathable.

🔗 ⬇️ in the comments or comment GARDEN for the soil recipe + supplies.
Want to grow your own cut flower garden this year? 🌸

It starts with soil health.

Before the blooms, before the bouquets, before the buckets full of flowers it’s all about what’s happening underground.

I don’t use random bagged soil and plastic trays.
I mix my own nutrient-rich soil blend and use soil blocking instead of plastic seed trays for stronger root systems and healthier plants from day one.

Healthy soil = stronger stems
Stronger roots = more blooms
More blooms = fresh-cut flowers all season long

This is how we grow our spring and summer cut flower garden from seed starting under grow lights to transplanting into the garden beds.

If you’re starting a backyard flower garden, homestead garden, or just want to grow your own bouquets this year, soil quality matters more than anything else.

🌿 Seed starting
🌿 Soil blocking
🌿 Organic soil mix
🌿 Grow lights setup
🌿 Cut flower garden planning
🌿 Non-toxic gardening practices

Comment GARDEN and I’ll share the exact supplies + soil mix I use 🤍

• Swapping plastic food storage for glass containers
• Using stainless steel or cast iron cookware instead of nonstick
• Choosing wooden or stainless cooking utensils over plastic
• Switching to a glass coffee maker instead of plastic machines
• Using non-toxic cutting boards instead of synthetic materials
• Ditching synthetic sponges for natural scrub brushes
• Choosing clean dish soap + fragrance-free cleaning products

Small changes add up. Your kitchen shouldn’t be quietly exposing your family to microplastics, PFAS, or synthetic fragrance every day.

If you care about:

https://urlgeni.us/amazon/Wme3L7 click for the list or COMMENT COFFEE. If you drink coffee every single day, this matters.

Most traditional coffee makers heat water through plastic components… and over time, moisture buildup can create hidden mold inside machines that are hard to fully clean.

That’s why I switched to a glass coffee maker.

✔️ Glass brewing vessel
✔️ No coffee sitting in hot plastic
✔️ Easier to keep clean
✔️ Fresh, clean taste every time

If you’re focused on low-toxic living, reducing microplastic exposure, and creating a healthier home, your coffee maker is an overlooked place to start.

Clean glass. Mold-free coffee. Better mornings.
