Kathryn L. Blanchard

It is with deep sadness that the family of Kathryn Louise Blanchard announces her passing on April 23rd, 2026, at the age of 85. Kathryn was born in Waukegan, Illinois on February 20th, 1941, to Albert Henry Elfering and Gladys Mable Elfering. She was preceded in death by her husband: Carl Blanchard, son: Paul Hartwig, and her daughter: Cynthia Hartwig. Marilyn, Debbie, Judy and Chris are her four surviving sisters of six total.
