How it’s started ……. How it’s going …….

Crazy how jacked up the Drywall was and how warped the wall is . But after 4 coats of Mud I finally got it smooth and added the roof and trim and got one of the locker rooms finished .

Timothy came in a few months ago and had been working SOOOOOO hard .
He has lost almost HALF his body weight and is finally down under 300lbs .
He was wheelchair and bed ridden for far to long .
He finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to DO SOMETHING about it . And if your car is messed up and you don’t know how to fix it …. You take it to a mechanic right ? Well …. If your body is all messed up and you can’t figure out how to fix it ….. SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP …..
Timothy basically could not stand up on Day 1 …..
now we are up to around 75-100 squats 2 days per week .
Within a few months ….. he will ALSO be walking and gaining some independence back .
