Dr Lotis Francisco and I at the Philippine Association of Food Technologists (PAFT) Convention. So proud of Dr. Francisco. Under her presidency at the PAFT, the Philippine Food Technology Law was passed after 38 long years and more. All FTs can now be registered as professionals at the Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC) after compliance to the requirements of the regulatory Board. Thank you Lotis😊

Joyce Sales, Ph.D. student working under CIISSL's Dr. Anna Resurreccion is scheduled to conduct descriptive analysis tests on Peanut Bars with enhanced polyphenolics and antioxidant activity. These bars provide the health benefits found in red wine and blueberries.
