Today my client asked if I could take a look at her foot? Of course I said. She removed her sock & I was in shock!
: Why haven’t you gone to the doc? Client; Because I knew I was coming to see you… no pressure 🤭🤭
Umm.. ok… but that’s a hematoma, you have got to leave her & go straight to the doc. There is erythema all around . The nail also appears to be lifting slightly, which could indicate swelling or infection.

Shared my concern with a client during her dermaplane—she went straight to the doctor afterward. 💜 Diagnosis: hematoma. They drained the fluid, and now she’s on the mend!
