If you’re looking for a class that has a mindful element of pause and slowing down before a flow, this the class for you 🙏🏽 I struggle myself with listening to my body so this class is a way to learn what that means for ourselves by taking our time opening and breathing before adding more elements, or keep it chill the whole time! Variations are always offered.
