This is my book collection. The first 3 shelves are books on fitness & nutrition that I’ve read. Over the next few days I’m going to share some of the books that I’ve found most influential.
I am a Holistic Nutrition Coach, a Personal Trainer, a Yoga Teacher and a Reiki Healer. More importantly, I am a woman in my late 50s going through many of the things you do. I am not perfect. I am not “skinny” and I’m not some model who’s never struggled with her weight. But I am passionate about health and nutrition. 🍎🥦🍌🌽🍊
