May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Mental health matters just as much as physical health. Stress, anxiety, poor sleep, and emotional burnout can affect how your body feels, heals, and functions every day.
Take care of yourself physically and mentally. A walk, movement, time outside, talking with someone you trust, or simply slowing down for a moment can make a difference.
You do not have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to prioritize your health.
