I don’t thank Chiropractic care enough. It saved this dog’s life when all other vets/surgeons told us to put him down. I’ll never forget crying hard when they told us to put him down for the 3rd time.

Chiropractic care saves lives. 6 months of continuous adjusting led to this dog’s recovery. He got better slowly over time. Sometimes I forget how far he has come and I have to remind myself how lucky I am to be given such a gift.

People think Chiropractic care is “cracking backs” for pain relief. It is so much more than that. It is life giving.

How can you become the turkey on the right? Here are 3 EASY tips for Thanksgiving success:

1. Eat as much meat options as you can for your first plate!
- this will minimize processed carbs/bad oils

2. Offer to help clean after people are done!
- chat GPT says you will burn 150-200 calories by doing so, and you will also get to serve your family!

3. Be extra intentional about getting in a workout the day prior/day of!
- do a cardio sesh, hit the local gym, or play some backyard football with the fam!

There’s a variety of problems that can occur in the neck (cervical spine). One of the most common I find is the lack of proper neck curvature. We are all glued to our phones and our computers which results in poor neck posture. Over time these bad posture habits can lead to bad health outcomes such as this.

Try these two exercises 1-2x a day and watch your mobility and neck tension improve! Tech neck is a real thing and simple routines like these can help prevent degradation of our health.

Whether it’s the lower body or upper body, stability muscles are massively overlooked and underworked. Stability muscles help stabilize complex movements by keeping joints/tissues held together in a way that reduces injury.

Losing stability leads to serious injuries and loss of function over time. Low back pain is very common and weak hip stability is an extremely common cause. Strengthen your hip stabilizers for a better functioning low back!

Baby Oakley loves her gentle adjustments. She is very fond of people holding her or physical touch in general.

Hyperactive babies/kids can always use a gentle nervous system tune up. We have seen some very cool results with ADHD and some of the kiddos we see!
