Beginning her journey as a CNA, Marah’s dedication to patient-centered care led her to become an LPN and eventually an RN. Her career is defined by a "patient-first" philosophy and a proven track record in nursing management, where she excels at balancing high-level clinical judgment with a passion for staff development.
