Lessons I’ve learned in the past five years as a Naturopath, energy worker and business owner.



I’m not for everyone, and that’s ok.
Alternative fields are called alternative for a reason— the leading edge of health and wellness can seem odd, uncomfortable or suspicious for those not ready to change.

Hustle culture is not for me.
Boss babe hustle culture was engrained in my consciousness from a young age, but the more I worked and the harder I pushed, the more sick I became. My best work and biggest successes came when I learned how to align and receive.

I can’t niche down.
My friends and colleagues in the natural health sphere suggested I specialize only in holistic health. Those in the spiritual world thought I should go all in with energy work and teaching. My work encompasses both and I can’t separate the two.
