If You Rarely Move Your Calves:
❌Legs feel heavy and easily fatigued

Keep your calves active with these easy moves:
✅Do 10-15 calf raises while brushing your teeth
✅Take the stairs
✅Try tiptoe walking for a minute daily

✅Sit with feet flat on the floor
✅Knees at or below hip level
✅Back straight, shoulders relaxed
✅Hips and knees at 90 degree angles
